In Mages of Mystralia, the players will join the young Zia who has an exceptional sense for magic, but unfortunately in her country the use of magic was banned! Zia then embarks on a journey to handle her magical abilities for which she became exiled for. The heroine traverses across the land to meet other mages and discovers the power of runes and to harness their magical properties. In the game, players can create their own spells with an incredible amount of different possibilities of rune combinations.

is a game studio founded 2014 and is based in Montreal, Canada. The team includes industry veterans as well as many young developers, some of whom previously worked for Ubisoft, Gameloft, Artifice, Ludia and Ankama. "Mages of Mystralia" was written by the bestselling author 'Ed Greenwood' , the creator of the "Forgotten Realms" fantasy world for "Dungeons and Dragons".
Borealys also released the backstory of the game in a webcomic series, you can check out the comic here. The "Mages of Mystralia" comic is based on Ed Greenwood's story and created by writer Brian Clevinger (Atomic Robo, 8-Bit Theater) and artist Carey Pietsch.

About this Game
In Mages of Mystralia, the players will accompany Zia as she strikes off to train and learn to control her magical abilities that had her exiled.
